— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Pincus, J.), rendered June 11, 1982, convicting him of sodomy in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

The indictment filed against the defendant charged him with rape in the first degree, attempted rape in the first degree, five counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and two counts of sodomy in the first degree.
