Joliet Correctional Center (“Joliet”) prisoner Steve Rutledge (“Rutledge”) has brought this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”) action against four former and present employees of the Illinois Department of Corrections (“Department”) at the Joliet facility: former Warden J.W.
