| T Bill Warford appeals the order of summary judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Saline County, dismissing his complaint against Union Bank in which he sought payment of the face amount of a certifícate of deposit. On appeal, Warford contends that summary judgment should be reversed because the trial court improperly (1) resolved a credibility issue, (2) found that his complaint was barred by laches, and (3) found that the presumption-of-payment doctrine applied.
