Plaintiffs instituted this trespass action as a result of an automobile accident alleged to have occurred on January 13, 1966. On March 10, 1966, one of the plaintiffs, Gloria Sperath, the injured party, was examined by one Martin M. Blaker, M.D. The complaint was filed on January 2, 1968. On June 11, 1968, defendant filed a petition under Pa. R. C. P. 4010 seeking a second examination by Dr. Blaker and a rule to show cause why such an examination should not take place was entered on June 12, 1968.
