OPINION BY

HUDOCK, J.:

¶ 1 Both Appellant and the Commonwealth appeal from the judgment of sen tence entered after Appellant pled guilty to two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) 1 and several summary offenses. Appellant was sentenced to an aggregate term of six months to twenty three and one-half months of incarceration for the DUI counts and a consecutive ninety days of incarceration for the summary offense of driving while operating privilege suspended. 2 We vacate and remand for re-sentencing.
