The City of Reading, a city of the third class, by ordinance dated April 29, 1925, ordained that it should be unlawful to erect or maintain a tank or other device for the storage of gasoline within the city unless a permit therefor be granted by the Bureau of Building Inspec*87tion. The ordinance contained regulations to the effeet that no pump or other device for the furnishing of gasoline should thenceforth he erected outside of the building line of any street, and that no tank or filling station should thereafter be erected or maintained within twenty-five feet of any dwelling…
