Plaintiff Joyce Nelson ("Nelson") filed a three-count First Amended Complaint [35], alleging retaliation for exercising her First Amendment free speech rights, breach of contract against the Country Club Hills District 160 Board of Education ("Board"), and defamation per se against Superintendent Sandra Thomas ("Thomas").
