This is a suit by appellees to recover real estate broker’s commission. Appellant denied tkat it employed tkem as its brokers to make sale of tke premises; denied tkat tkey were tke procuring cause of suck sale; and alleged tke sale was made by a different firm of real estate brokers. Tke jury returned a verdict for appellees in tke sum of $550. Botk parties made motion for a new trial. These motions were later withdrawn by tke respective parties, and any right to file a further motion for new trial was waived. Appellant filed…
