These two actions to recover damages for wrongful death and personal injuries were tried together. Plaintiffs were nonsuited and they appeal.
About one o’clock in the morning of April 25, 1935, in the county of Richmond, a Nash automobile owned and operated by one Richard Wood collided with a Packard automobile registered in the name of “ Sheriff, Richmond County,” as owner, and operated by William Riehl.
