Respondent MBPXL Corporation appeals from an order of the district court assessing the costs of claimant’s vocational rehabilitation against respondent and ordering it to repay a government educational grant.

This is the second appeal in this workers’ compensation case. The action was originally initiated when claimant brought a workers’ compensation claim for right wrist and forearm disability that arose on approximately September 4, 1979.
