The Delator filed petition for Mandamus to compel the Canvassing Board of Orange County to canvass and include in their tabulation certain ballots alleged to have been cast by absent voters under the provisions of sections 382 R. G. S., 429 C. G. L., et seq., which the said Canvassing Board had refused to canvass and include in their tabulation of results in the Primary Election for the nomination of a Democratic candidate for the office of County Judge of Orange County.
