CHAGARES, Circuit Judge.

Gershwain Sprauve and Andrea Smith appeal the District Court’s dismissal of their cases for the failure to state a claim. The District Court found that Sprauve’s and Smith’s claims under the First and Fourteenth Amendments and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 failed because defendant West Indian Company, Limited (“WICO”), their former employer, is not a government entity.
