This is an application by the judgment debtor., Peter Collis, to vacate an order to examine him in supplementary proceedings upon a judgment taken against him in Supreme Court, and for a further order to cancel of record such judgment under section 150 of the Debtor and Creditor Law by reason of the judgment debtor’s discharge in bankruptcy.
