Fields, filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County seeking damages in the amount of $50,000 from the defendants, Gardendale Subaru Motors, Inc., a corporation; Gardendale Motors, Inc., a corporation; and Sam Raine and Walter Maddox, a partnership d/b/a Gardendale Motors, Inc.
