Before the Court is Plaintiff BP West Coast Products, LLC’s (hereinafter “Plaintiff’) Motions for Summary Judgment (Docket Nos. 56 & 57). The Defendants Raymond May and Sharanjeet Ghumman (collectively referred to as “Defendants”) have filed an opposition and Plaintiff has replied. After consideration of the filings and evidence presented in support of, and in opposition to, the motion for summary judgment, the Court concludes that Plaintiff is entitled to summary judgment.
