Reversing in part and affirming in part.

The question presented is one of statutory construction, and involves the right of appointment as adminis trator de bonis non with the will annexed to complete the administration of an estate under a will, when the nominated executor has been appointed and qualified, but removed for cause before his work was completed. It arises out of the facts and in the manner now to be stated. The National Bank of Kentucky, as executor of the last will of Brainard Lemon, was removed for cause.
