These are two proceedings under the workmen’s compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300.
The first case, Vick v. Aubin, is a petition by the employer to review a preliminary agreement under which the employee was receiving ordinary compensation for total disability at the rate of $20 per week. The second case, Aubin v. Vick, is the employee’s petition, under the provisions of article II, §12, of the act to obtain specific compensation, in addition to all other compensation, on the ground that his right arm has been rendered permanently stiff so as to be useless.
