ERROR to the Circuit Court for Racine County. The case is stated in. the opinion. They argued, among other things, that sec. 1564 was intended to apply to a class, to wit, “ tavern keepers ” and persons in the like occupation or business; otherwise it would have read, “If any person,” etc. The word “tavern,” in this connection, means “ a house for the retailing of liquors to be drank on the spot.”
