*968Defendant was convicted after a jury trial of multiple crimes arising from an August 2007 incident in the City of Schenectady, Schenectady County, in which he and codefendant Joel Hernandez allegedly exchanged gunfire with a third individual, injuring two innocent bystanders.1 Defendant was sentenced as a second felony offender to an aggregate prison term of 30 years. Defendant appeals, and we affirm.
