Singh, J.), entered on or about May 8, 2015, which, to the extent appealed from, granted defendants’ motion to dismiss as time-barred the causes of action for statutory fraud, common-law fraud, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, and unconscionability, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
