Plaintiffs in this case are Joel Schechter, as trustee of the bankruptcy estates of Jent Company, Inc., d/b/a Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken, and 401 N. Central Corporation, also d/b/a Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken, and Richard Fogel, as trustee of the bankruptcy estate of John Mason and Clotine Mason. Defendants are Gary L.
