This is a divorce action. The parties were married at Waterloo on September 26, 1951. Plaintiff was forty-one. Defendant was in her thirties. It was the first marriage for both parties. The parties first lived for a short time with plaintiff’s mother in her home. She had built a new house for them at cost of $14,000, a short distance from her home. Shortly after marriage they moved into this new home.
