Plaintiff has appealed from our order of October 25, 1985, wherein we granted judgment on the ■ pleadings to defendant.1

*510In addressing the motion for judgment on the pleadings filed on behalf of defendant, all of the facts which are well pleaded by plaintiff in his complaint and his reply to defendant’s new matter, together with all reasonable inferences therefrom are deemed admitted. Keil v. Good, 467 Pa. 317, 356 A.2d 768 (1976) and Kraiz v. U.S. Fire Insurance Company, 235 Pa. Super. 507, 344 A.2d 516 (1975).
