ORDER
DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff brings this action alleging that Defendant breached an agreement whereby Defendant was to sell an apartment complex in Bethany, Oklahoma to the Plaintiff. As relief, Plaintiff prays that Defendant be ordered to specifically perform its obligation under the agreement and convey the property to Plaintiff or, in the alternative, for judgment against Defendant for damages in the amount of $200,000. It is asserted that this Court has jurisdiction of the action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 by reason of diversity of citizenship and amount in controversy. The…
