MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LAMBERTH, District Judge.

Before the court is defendants’ motion [120] for relief from judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b). This court previously ordered defendants, the Department of Justice and the FBI (“DOJ”), to locate and release in full several documents that they could not locate that were responsive to plaintiffs Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”).
