INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Amtrak”) has filed a complaint to condemn and take by eminent domain property located in Attleboro, Massachusetts for the construction of an electrical power facility as part of the Northeast Corridor Improvement Project. This property 1 is currently owned by defendant DBT Corporation (“DBT”) and occupied by defendants Robert H. Guilbeault and Donna Guilbeault (“Guilbeaults”).
