OPINION OF THE COURT

ALLGOOD, District Judge.

The above-styled cause having regularly come on-for final hearing and having been finally tried by the court without a jury on September 15, 1969, on plaintiffs’ complaint and amendment thereto and the defendants’ answers thereto; and the court having considered all the legally admissible evidence, the *791pleadings and written briefs of counsel and being otherwise fully advised, hereby enters the following opinion.
