I. BACKGROUND
This matter comes on appeal from several decisions of the Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of New York. 1 This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a).
Appellant Adirondack Cycle & Marine, Inc. (“Adirondack”) is a retailer of motorcycles and other recreational vehicles. On January 8, 1997, Adirondack filed for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.
