This matter is before the court on the emergency motion of Sunflower Racing, Inc., doing business as The Woodlands (“Debtor”) and Hollywood Park, Inc., (“Hollywood Park”) for a stay and injunction pending appeal of the bankruptcy court’s order of conversion to Chapter 7.
