MEMORANDUM OPINION
CHASANOW, District Judge.
Presently pending and ready for resolution in this copyright infringement action are Plaintiffs’ motions 1) for certification of final judgment of the court’s direct infringement ruling under Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b), or 2) in the alternative, for an interlocutory appeal of the direct infringement ruling pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), and 3) for postponement of the trial date pending the outcome of an expedited appeal to the Fourth Circuit.
