This is a suit by G. W. Williams against tbe Citizens’ Mutual Aid Association to recover upon a .benefit certificate issued by tbe latter to plaintiff’s deceased wife,, Mrs. Elizabeth Williams. Tbe defendant is a local mutual aid association, the law governing which was enacted in 1929, and appears as chapter 9 A, title 78 (articles 4875a — 1 to 4875a — 31), Vernon’s Annotated Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
