These matters are before the court on petitions for writs of prohibition to enjoin the enforcement of orders signed by two judges of the District Court of Mower County who removed the trustee of 22 trusts, appointed themselves as successor trustees pro tem, registered all of the assets in their names as trustees pro tem, and placed the assets in the custody and under the control of the Mower County clerk of district court.
