The Grand Jury of the County of Oneida has accused defendant, Jeffrey P. Baker, of the crimes of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, in violation of section 1192 (3) and section 1193 (1) (c) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, a felony, and passing a red light in violation of section 1111 (d) (1) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, a traffic infraction.
