GILBERTO HINOJOSA, Justice.

Appellants, the parents of Ricardo Alvarado, brought a wrongful death and survival action against the City of Brownsville after Ricardo Serna Alvarado committed suicide in the city jail. Appellants challenge the jury’s verdict in favor of the City by thirteen points of error, including the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury’s verdict, the trial court’s submission of the charge, and the trial court’s exclusion of certain evidence. We reverse and remand.
