In this case, a prosecutor’s information charges the defendant with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, in violation of Penal Law § 260.10 (1) and (2). This action was commenced by the filing of the prosecutor’s information with the Town of Hoosick Court. By order of removal entered October 24, 2001, the Supreme Court, County of Rensselaer, removed the action to itself, i.e., to its Integrated Part.
