These are two of the misdemeanor cases which have been transferred by order of the Administrative Judge of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, from Criminal Court of the City of New York, Bronx County, to the newly-created Supreme Court of the State of New York, Criminal Division, Bronx County. The order provides that the cases will be adjudicated “subject to the same substantive and procedural law as would have applied to it had it not been transferred.” (22 NYCRR 142.3.)
