This is a proceeding by a bill in equity to enforce the specific performance of a written contract for the sale of certain real estate containing 179 acres more or less, situate in Montgomery County and belonging to Carrie L. Lucas, one of tbe defendants in tbe case.
It appears from the record, that on the 2nd day of September, 1911, the plaintiff and defendants executed the following written contract, called Agreement ISTo. 1. It is set out in the record and is as follows :
