Appellee (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff) brought her action in ejectment in the district court ■of Washington County, alleging ownership in herself, and the wrongful detention by appellant of the north west quarter of section eleven, township two north,' range fifty-one west, Washington County, and asking that she be let into possession.
