Israel Hudson appeals his conviction of murder and sentence of life imprisonment.
1. The appellant asserts that it was error to. deny his challenge to the array of grand jurors, based on the alleged intentional, discriminatory, and systematic exclusion of young adults between the ages of 18 to 30, women, and blacks from the grand jury lists.
