Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Williams, J.), rendered March 1, 1989, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal trespass in the first degree.

Since January 1987 defendant had lived at the Midway Mobile Court in the Town of Halfmoon, Saratoga County, next door to Antoinette Anderson, the victim of his crimes.
