Adolf Kita, Consul General of Poland and attorney-in-fact for certain Polish nationals, instituted suit in the Wayne County circuit court together with Richard J. Michael, co-administrator of the estate of John Matuszak, deceased, against Michael Matuszak, alleging that he had caused to be probated by fraud and deceit a false will of his sister, Lucya Remszel, wherein Matuszak was named as the sole legatee.
