In Re Custody of Anderson

On January 21, 1985, petitioner, Laurie M. Anderson, filed a petition for leave to remove her children from the State of Illinois during the children’s normal school year. The petition was contested by respondent, William D. Anderson, Jr., petitioner’s ex-husband. After a hearing, the circuit court of McHenry County denied the petition and this appeal followed.
