Tbe appellant, plaintiff below, brought this action on tbe 29th day of April, 1904, to foreclose a real estate mortgage dated March 1, 1892, and executed and delivered by tbe defendants Plora I. and Henry E. Seifried to the North American Savings, Loan & Building Company.
