The Majority Opinion says: “Two issues are raised on this appeal. One, is there an appealable order? Two, is Act 101 of 1963 constitutional as appellant seeks to apply it to the facts of this case?”
The Majority Opinion then proceeds to decide both points. 1 never reach the second point because I am thoroughly convinced that there is no appealable order in the record in this case. Here is the order (copied in full) from which the appeal was attempted to be taken:
