This action was brought by the appellant against the appellees, the surviving widow and heirs of Henry Sweet, deceased, to reform and foreclose a mortgage executed to him by said Henry Sweet and his wife, Lucinda Sweet, to secure the payment of $1,500, borrowed by said.
