With this case we enter the same legal setting, now with a different cast of characters and a new plot, as that presented by another case decided by this court today, Pusat v. M/V Tel Aviv, 711 F.2d 1231 (5th Cir.1983). Once again the dispute is between parties of different foreign nationalities, it concerns-a maritime accident occurring on the high seas, and the sole relevant contact with the United States forum was the presence of the defendant ship in one of our ports more than a year after the collision.
