This is an action brought pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. (“TILA”), in which Plaintiff Jacquelyn Hopkins alleges she was not sufficiently notified that her mortgage had been transferred to Defendant GSLS GA, LLC. All other claims in this action have been dismissed. On February 26, 2015, during the pretrial conference, the parties agreed to submit the case for decision on the record then before the Court, with limited supplemental briefing.
