The case arises upon a claim by the appellant to shares of stock in a corporation, all of which stand in the name of his brother, the appellee Maynard C. Kemp, and upon a cross-claim by the corporation, another appellee, for money alleged to be due to it by the appellant. The stock had been pledged as collateral for notes, and sold or appropriated upon default in payment, and the appellant’s claim is that one portion of it, pledged by a Charles R.
