This appeal arises from the defendants’ alleged participation in an illegal drug transaction in Minnesota. All three defendants were convicted of aiding and abetting the knowing and intentional distribution of 14 kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A) and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.
