Defendant in error, hereinafter styled the plaintiff, commenced this action in the district court of Okmulgee county against the plaintiff in error, hereinafter styled the defendant, alleging in her petition that one John E. Bobbitt, the brother of plaihtiff, was a member of and held a benefit certificate in defendant association; that said certificate, at the request of the insured, was made payable at his death to plaintiff; that insured died on July 18, 1912; that the plaintiff furnished due and regular proof of death to the defendant, but that the defendant refused…
